Movement-based activities start in the quiet pocket of our yoga+movement studio and extend to the shared community spaces tucked away in Battambang. Experience safe, friendly and inclusive activities that foster community cohesion and social connection.

We work with local fitness instructors with strong community relationships to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to promote physical activity.

Physical activity plays an important role in reducing the risk of major illnesses, such as diabetes and cancer. It’s also beneficial for improving cognitive functioning and increasing social cohesion. We’re joining a movement of like-minded people keen to keep physical activity simple, accessible and fun.
